Lotus Studio is a serene sanctuary conveniently located in a beautiful, historical building in Knysna, the heart of the Garden Route. We offer a dedicated yoga space in which to develop your practice under the qualified guidance of Yoga Alliance registered teachers. Our practice room is light and airy with rich wooden floors and is fully equipped with practice props. Revitalise with a stimulating Vinyasa Flow practice or unwind with one of our deeply relaxing and meditative classes. All practices are guided and offer qualified tuition for all levels.
