INFOOD  BAKERY  AND  DELI  RESTAURANT.

 INSPIRATIONAL.

It’s not easy to put the InFood Bakery and Deli Restaurant into the proverbial nutshell, mainly  because no matter how big the nut, there wouldn’t be enough space inside the shell to fit in all that is InFood Bakery etc.etc.etc..

Priding itself on only using only the very best and freshest of raw materials, the almost endless list of exquisite product being produced by this little shop in Jeffreys Bay would astound anyone anywhere. Farm butter croissants,stone-ground floured breads and rolls of all shapes and sizes, barrista prepared fresh roasted coffees and lattes, sushi prepared with heaps of the prerequisite  caring, mezzes and tapas and confection delights, home smoked snoek pate and a variety of tapenades, pestos and salsas with refritos frijoles stuffed enchiladas and authentic Thai curries to name but a few items that can be found on the ever-changing menu.

Yes, its sounds like a lot, but actually there’s more, and a whole lot of it. Local home industries have pride of place on the shelves, along with other dry-goods products from further afield. The deli section carries imported cold cuts from salami to parma, cheeses from mild bries to garrulous gorgonzolas, whole marinated artichokes, mammoth calamatas and more than there is space here to write about. Oh, and that is not to mention the outside catering section of InFood that has fast established itself as the most exciting and forward thinking in this so often tired and ’same old’ field of the culinary arts.

So, in short, this recently opened establishment, that has already been honoured as the best emerging business in the region, is making an indelible mark on the local populace as well as all the visiting South African and International tourists that flock to this famously renowned surfing and fishing destination.

We hope that we can have the pleasure of your company in the near future.
